Luis and Cecelia make up "Luis & Cecelia", an acoustic indie duo with a sound steeped in a mid-2000s adolescence, with heaping spoonfuls of Omaha folk, confessional emo, and California dream pop. After recording a series of cover videos in late 2018, they are currently working on their first album.
Cecelia is currently collaborating with James Shelton of withAeons on a new project that fuses shoegaze, metal, and indie with a dash of witch house. Follow Cecelia Creates on Facebook for updates, and check out withAeons on SoundCloud in the meantime.
"Upward, Onward" is the debut solo EP from Cecelia Martinez. Described as a "uke filled alt-country electronic rockathon", the album was recorded at SwordPaw Music in Troy, N.Y. with Mitch Masterson and Ian White.
